Avi is the sole owner and operator of Rebecca’s Fine Cuisine Inc. He is a corporate rock star and an international beverage aficionado by day, and by night Avi is a master of orchestrating a luxury lifestyle. Because of Avi, the overall operation of this restaurant runs smoothly, when something works, it is usually because Avi was involved!
Engel is the soul and then heart of Rebecca’s. He manages all of the staff and the establishment as his own, and treats customers as family. He is a professionally trained restaurant manager, speaks multiple languages, verse in the ingredients and preparation process of the menu items, and the leader of all staff.
Rebecca’s was initially established in 1998, before the year 2000! Since then, we have retained and unleashed the same world class chef, kept the delightful menu consistent, preserved the cozy and romantic atmosphere, and improved the property. We have guests who have been experiencing dinner here for over 20 years!
As you will see the character of the restaurant has remained exactly the same as the initial founder intended, and the aesthetics were improved, not changed.
The restaurant is now solely owned and operated by Avi Premlall who stepped in to invest and preserve the restaurant as a local landmark. Today it is an anchor experience of Northern New Jersey, and has over 500 Five Star Ratings online.
